We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.

Your legal rights are protected by the consumer rights act. Customers may be eligible for refunds for up to 14 days after ordering to the original form of payment, for information on refunds and to request one please call McGreevy's Butchers Limited at: 02844617163.

Customers may be eligible for refunds for food items if the product is not of sufficient quality or was not delivered. Please contact the restaurant with all details of your order for more information.

If a voucher is lost, the customer may still be eligible for a refund if they are able to provide information and proof of purchase in store or through the contact details above. Staff may be able to resend/reprint the voucher once this has been provided if required.
